Halliday's Lighting project update

Halliday have recently received a large sum of exciting new projects around the UK!

Dock Street, Middlesborough College - Halliday will be providing floodlighting solutions for a Muti Use Games Area. The pits surfacing will be provided by Thornton’s Sports.

Oundle School – Halliday will be developing new sports floodlights for 4 Hockey pitches with Notts Sports/Cleveland Land Services providing the surfacing solutions.

Weydon School Tennis LED –  This project will include installation of LED lighting solutions for Weydon School’s Tennis Courts. MUGA UK will be executing the synthetic pitch facilities.

Parklands School –  Halliday, Notts Sports and  O’briens will be delivering floodlighting and surfacing amenities for a Hockey Pitch at the Parklands School.

Furze Platt School – 1 Hockey Pitch requires new floodlights, these will be designed and installed by Halliday and the pitch surfacing will be carried out by Notts Sports and S & C Slatters.

Rushcliffe School – Floodlighting upgrade required at Rushcliffe Schoolsworks. Halliday will be planning and installing the new sporting floodlights.  We will be working in conjunctions with Thornton Sports who will be designing and installing new sports surfacing.

Christ Church LED Tennis –  Design, planning and LED floodlighting installation is arranged for the Christ Church Tennis courts.  Notts Sports and S & C Slatters are carrying out the turfing features.

Rivermead Leisure Centre – Replacing full floodlighting pitch with new Metal-halide lamp system – Notts Sports/S & C Slatters

Lockley Park –  Hallidays experienced floodlighting team will be installing lighting solutions for a Mutil Use Games Area. Greenfields will be catering to Lockley Park’s pitch needs.

Priors Field School – 1 Hockey Pitch Independent girls school – Neil Boddington

Arnewood School – Floodlighting solutions will be installed by Halliday’s lighting experts alongside Notts Sports and S & C Slatters delivering synthetic pitch surfacing for a hockey pitch.

We will be working alongside some of the UK's leading architectural surfing companies providing bespoke plans and fittings. These include S & C Slatters, Notts Sports, Greenfields, Thorton Sports and MUGA UK.

Weydon School Football & MUGA Floodlighting Project

Weydon School Farnham is currently reciving dramatic changes to two full sized football pitches and one MUGA pitch with floodlighting solutions from Halliday! The project is 100% customised to Weydon's wants and needs. 

This project is due to be completed in September.

Exciting new project for Halliday Lighting

Some of Halliday’s most recent projects include York University, Failsworth School, Rossal School, White Hart Lane, St Martins School, Penzance Hockey Club and the Royal Holloway University.

• York University are currently undergoing dramatic construction involving a new surfaced track as well as new track lighting provided by Halliday. 
• Failsworth School Sports Pitch in Manchester required lighting solutions for a full sized football pitch as well as a MUGA.
• Rossall School Sports Pitch in Fleetwood is currently undergoing a Sports pitch Lighting installation as well as Pathway lighting. 
• White HartLane Leisure Centre  in London required  full sized pitch floodlights, track lighting and ten 5 a side pitches.
• St MartinsSchool  in Brentwood invested in their sporting future by booking a full sized pitch flighting installation and LED tennis court lighting.
• PenzanceHockey  Club  required a replacement of full size hockey pitch floodlighting.
•  Royal Holloway University were in need of several floodlighting installations these include a MUGA pitch, Tennis Courts and three full sized football pitches 

We also have another exciting project due to start next week at the Collingham Football Club. This is a full sized football pitch in Nottinghamshire which will be converted to the new LED floodlights by Cree.

All the above projects are scheduled to be completed by summer 2014.

Sandbach RUFC Project

Sandbach RUFC  Project

Halliday secured another project over the last few weeks with Cheshire’s Sandbach RUFC. In total we fitted 4 pitches with the finest sports floodlighting customized to each location. 2 of the rugby pitches required floodlights with 200 lux and the additional two 150 lux.
